Bradford Crossing is an upscale community located in Chesterbrook, Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.  It is comprised of 62 townhouses along Woodstream Drive.

 

Our community has large open spaces and wooded areas, and is only a few steps away from renowned Valley Forge National Historic Park.  Many nearby walking and bicycle trails will lead you there.

Located just off of US Route 202 (Devon and Chesterbrook exits), Bradford Crossing is within 10 minutes of the PA Turnpike (I-76/I-276) and the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), the various restaurants and shopping malls along the Route 202 corridor from Exton to King of Prussia, and Chesterbrook Village Shopping Center.  In addition, there is nearby SEPTA bus service to the mall and Main Line (Paoli/Thorndale Line) train stations.

 

Bradford Crossing's 2-4 bedroom, 2½-3 bath units offer a variety of configurations.  For example, end units have formal dining rooms with bay windows; inside units have dining/living rooms off a spacious kitchen breakfast area. Some residences have a full, finished basement and a finished loft. These homes provide 2000 to 3200 square feet of living space.

 

Bradford Crossing is governed by a Board of Directors under a set of governing documents including By-laws and Rules and Regulations, and is maintained by a professional community management company (Shew Community Management).  All HOA operational matters are administered through the management company.
